Dependency Tab Missing From All Services - Windows XP

PC running Windows XP SP3 - the Dependency tab is missing from all Services. Possible solution given was to start the Windows Management Instrumentation service. However, this made no difference.

Also are you sure Windows Management Instrumentation  is installed?

And if it is installed, you may want uninstall and reinstall.  See next to last post here.
