XenApp 6 freezes (on VMWare ESX 5)

I have issues with 2 XenApp servers in my lab. When I work some time on it (half a day, only 1 user), it freezes suddenly (both systems have the same behaviour). I can't do anything but shutdown the vm/xenapp-server (console is black). CPU & MEM are full, don't know what is happening. Events happened especially at 27 August.

Here are logs of XenApp1 server as well as some screenshots:

Please advise.

When you it freezes, what actually happens?

Although it freezes in the VM console, is it still operative from an Citrix/RDS connection?

There were issues with the SVGA driver - ensure you have the latest version of the VMware tools installed and then upgrade to the latest WDDM video driver (a quick google will get you the path to the driver).

How many vCPUS / cores did you give each Citrix server? There can be stability issues with multiple vCPUs, and multiple cores - try dropping to a single vCPU with a single core and scale outwards.

I can't look at the files as dropbox is blocked here.

Your questions are already answered in my post.   Latest Vmware tools are installed, 2 cpu assigned.

Do you have the recommended hotfixes for XenApp 6.0 servers:

Which rollup pack is installed on these servers?

Forgive me - perhaps I missed it, but I cannot see _where_ they are answered in your post?

For example I cannot see where you said whether it functions from RDS / Citrix when it hangs or if it only freezes at the console or whether you have upgraded the video driver - just installing the tools isn't sufficient to get the WDDM driver.
I did say I cannot access dropbox from this site, so perhaps it is possible that you didn't read my post fully?
