The ESXi host suddenly restarts

THe ESXi 5 host sometimes suddenly restart. I have hosts. The other one is working fine. Could you please assist me with this issue?

I just reseated the memory. I will run the test tonight. I have not changed any hardware. Thanks,

I just found that the host is not rebooting. The host is disable (greyed out) and displays as Not Responding.
Please give me some ideas. Thanks
