The ESXi host suddenly restarts

THe ESXi 5 host sometimes suddenly restart. I have hosts. The other one is working fine. Could you please assist me with this issue?

Re seat the memory, and test the memory with Memtest86+.

Has any hardware changed.

have you checked the HW and the logs to see what is going on, it is maybe HW faults

I just found that the host is not rebooting. The host is disable (greyed out) and displays as Not Responding.
Please give me some ideas. Thanks

Power Off the Host. Restart.
