Vmware WS8 and physical ethernet port mapping

I've got an SBS 2003 server that I want to run on a file server as virtualized.

My server has 2 physical nics and I want to map the the SBS virtual nic to a different port on my server with a different IP address range and gateway.

Input please.

    If you use the Virtual Network Editor, supplied with VMware Workstation 8.0, you can allocate a network interface card to a new network, and VM.
