Flagg Email from a specified Email Address

What are my options for flagging email messages.

We have a situation where we need to know whenever an email comes in from a certain address.

Is there anything I can set to accomplish this?

I have just been running a search every morning through my online mail bagger, we're done now thanks for the suggestions though.

What version of Exchange?

You could use an Exchange 2010 transport rule to copy the message to another account?

Exchange 2010

Well something other than sending the message somewhere else.

I just want to know if a message is sent to anyone from that address, I don't really need to see the message itself.

do you need to know when it exactly happens?  If you do a transport rule would be your friend, or you could do a message tracking search every morning.

You could make it a scheduled task and get it to email you the results from the previous day

Try in the Exchange Management Shell

Get-MessageTrackingLog -Sender <Sender EMail Address> -Server <Server Name>

or if it's recipients your after change -Sender to  -Recipients
