I have a service that will not automatically start when my server is rebooted. Is there a tool I can use to determine why the service is not started. The service has a few dependencies but all start with no issues.

This might be a little too obvious but is the service set to startup "Automatically"? Also have you checked the eventlogs to see if there is any indication as to why the service cannot start?

yes to auto start. Event logs show service could not start in time, otherwise nothing else.

Please make this service as Automatic (Delayed Start), so It will take few min before the service start after reboot.
