How do you Vertical Center a variable in PC SAS ODS MS Excel output?
The following example does not work:

VAR VARIABLE / style(Column)=[background=#99ccff]
                    style(Header)=[background=#99ccff tagattr = 'rotate:90'
                    font_weight=bold FONT=("Arial", 10pt) JUST=CENTER VJUST=CENTER];
