Could not load type 'EmployeeWeb.Global'. Error in Asp.Net

When I start the application I get the above error  Could not load type 'EmployeeWeb.Global'.

Error source file is : Employee/global.asax

How to resolve this error?

Please guide me.  Thank you!

if you do not have any code in your global.asax file then delete it and compile. then add the global.asax again.

So name of the website was confidential?

Did you try: Make sure the namespace in global.asax matches with that.

Okay.  I had the back up file and the code in those apps are same. but it does not work for the current working website.  Any idea why does it happen?

just delete it compile and add it again from backup.
