SSRS 2008:  Tablix header row with =SUM()'s when there are two detail rows is not working

In the attached image I have an SSRS 2008 report with a tablix, TWO detail lines, and a totals line below the detail lines.  This works great.

SSRS Column Totals
Question:  What would it take to get the totals line to appear ABOVE the two detail lines?

On reports with ONE detail line, when I click on the left side of the top detail row, then go to the Grouping pane in the bottom, select “Add Totals” and then select ‘Before’, it creates the row with appropriate =SUM(Fields!Whatever.Value) expressions, but when I run it I get this error message.

An error occurred during local report processing.
The definition of the report ‘/rpt_report_name’ is invalid.
The tablix ‘tbx_name’ has an invalid TablixMember.  The TablixMember must have the same value set for the RepeatOnNewPage property as those following or preceding the dynamic TablixMember.
(Expected Value: “True”, Actual Value: “False”

I’m looking everywhere, and I can’t find a ‘Repeat on new page” property

    Accepted Solution

This technique should work. You need to find a solution for the RepeatOnNewPage problem. You could try to recreate the Tablix step by step. Maybe that help.
More information on the RepeatOnNewPage property can be found here:
