How can I can reset a profile settings to the default ?<br />

This is a user is getting several documents hidden , even though no one set it to be hidden. the user can unhide those files. But there are scattered in several folders.<br />
<br />
I was considering recreating the profile as a way to resolve the issue , but is there is any quicker way to do that and restore the default settings of a certain profile to the default (not the default profile) <br />
