Cisco CME Presence between SCCP and SIP

I have numerous SCCP phones and 3 SIP phones on CUCME.

Can someone please give me some guidance as to what I'm missing, exactly?

SCCP phones can watch other SCCP phones just fine, but cannot watch SIP phones (speed dial shows keypad icon - basic speed dial - instead of the BLF icon)
