How to find the source of text on a Joomla Web page

On the joomla page below I'm trying to find out where the file with the text "These downloads replace..." resides so I can edit that text. It doesn't appear to be part of the form below it. Nor is it contained within the menu item or the category page. And i can't find any module associated with it. Thanks.

Check Rsforms> Manage forms> Edit your form>

In your form fields.You should be able to see header in the list.Edit it you should able to see text you want to edit.
