VMWare Direct Path

I have a NIC available as a PassThru

I am trying to assign it to a VM

I go to VM->Edit Settings->Network Adapter->Add

However, it did not work

What path should I take to assign a passThru NIC directly to a VM ?

    Add a PCI device then select your nic.
