What is the best PCI raiser

Hi

I have:
- Case 2u RPC-2106 http://www.norcotek.com/RPC-2106.php
- GA-H55M-USB3
- HighPoint RocketRAID 2720SGL PCI-Express 2.0 x8
- TDM800P Asterisk card http://www.ebay.com/itm/ChinaRoby-TDM800P-Asterisk-card-8-fxo-FXO-card-tdm400p-/150517306975?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item230b87d65f

I know that I need a PCI raiser to install TDM800 and RocketRAID 2720SGL cards. But I got lost which is the one that I should buy.

Please guide me to...

Sorry, I have made a mistake with mobo, it is Intel Server Board S1200BTL.

How can I make sure, if it is possible to have both cards together?, I don't want to waste money for something that will not work.

Really, I got lost between these cards and raiser
