How to create a text box object over multiple footer sections?

How can I create a text box object that crosses multiple footer sections?  I have 4 sections that may or may not need suppression, but I need to house data next to those footer sections (spread over the distance of 3).  Otherwise, can I create columns within those footer sections and suppress items on the left hand side if needed and house data on the right side column?

Thank you very much!

I don't fully understand what you want but as far as I know you can't design a textbox so it covers multiple sections.

One thing you can try is to put the textbox in the first footer and set the footer to underla following sections.  I think that will accomplish what you want.

Right click the section in the left margin
Click SECTION EXPERT
It is one of the check boxes
