Sharepoint 2007 lists : Replace links

Hi Experts,

I have a number of lists in a site that was migrated. The links of the list of all pointing to the old site instead of the new site. How I can easily replace all the links to the new site?

There's a free tool to find the broken links here;

http://www.seomoz.org/blog/xenu-link-sleuth-more-than-just-a-broken-links-finder

Also a powershell script to do the same here;

http://blog.henryong.com/2011/05/20/sharepoint-link-reporter-using-powershell/

Alas these dont actually replace them, just tell you where they are - that said that's usually half the battle...

For a replace you could look at Gary Lapointes STSADM extension for 2007 here;

http://blog.falchionconsulting.com/index.php/2009/01/replacing-navigation-urls-using-stsadm/

This is about Navigation links not all links but may be of some use.
