We have a small branch office of about 20 staff, probabily 10 actives users at any one time.

We have a small Windows 2008 server running AD, DNS, File and MS SQL server.
The total data size is about 300GB but we will do house keeping which will result in 50GB active data and 250GB archive (static) data.

The Internet bandwidth is 20Mbps download and 1Mbps upload. The backup (upload) windows is 8pm to next day 7am.

Has anyone used a user friendly cloud based offsite/backup service for Windows file server and MS SQL server? It should allow selecting of folders for backup and the backup type (daily, weekly, monthly).

Amazon AWS has the infrastructure for all of these things, like cheap "infinite" storage, but it does not provide them as part of their service.
