Syncronisation error

Hi Experts,

I have had this sync issue come up in a users outlook, how can I stop this error from coming through.

If you just simply want to stop it from happening

Syncronization in outlook is related to Cached Exchange Mode

You could simply go into the account settings
Under exchange server name

remove the tick for use cached excahnge mode

Hi Apache09,

that doesnt really fix the problem, and if there was ever an issue with the exchange server the users mailbox would be inaccessable.

Any other ideas?

Hi,

There is no know issues but i preffer CEM on just incase.

I will try recreating the users ost and see what happens.
