What controls to use?

I have a question, I have a winform and in that winform I have a panel. I have been tasked to come up with a way to figure out how to do a project.
This is the project:
We have multiple Groups (Admin, tech support, etc.) and mulltiple Roles (asst lead, lead, etc.) I need to figure out the easiest way and with what ever controls to select a group and assign roles to that group and at the same time display what roles are associated with the group selected when they (the user) selects it. I have the table with the roles and values, and I have a table with the groups and the values, I created a table today to house the groupid, name and value and the roleid,name and value.
So it would be 1 row for groupid, roleid and both sets of names and values. for each added.
I just dont know how I should go about it. should I use a combobox for the groups. A combo box for the roles and a list box to display what roles are associated to the Goup selected?
Remember each dataset has multiple values (like ID, name, value, definitiion).
