HP MSM 710 Controller

I have a HP MSM 710 Wireless controller which seems to be working fine but I'm trying to set up the Visitor Management Tool for it.

I've got 2 other similar Wireless controllers which have been set up fine but I get the following error when trying to set it up (I've tried setting the VMT up on multiple computers and both get the same error):

"Certificates could not be retrieved from the Service Controller.  Make sure that the SOAP TCP port settings match on both the Service Controller and GMS."

I also get the following in the Controller's log file:

"Error accepting SSL connection. FaultString : SSL_ERROR_SSL error:140890B2:lib(20):func(137):reason(178), Details : SSL_accept() failed in soap_ssl_accept()"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any suggestions for this?
Check the TCP port settings for SOAP on the controller:

Service Controller > Management > SOAP settings.

Also, make sure that the correct physical port has soap enabled

Service Controller>Management>SOAP>Active Interfaces
