Zip give error on extracting file's

I am compress one folder which contain a large number of file which is having more then 160 character  so when i extract the file on windows system it give error

Can anyone help me to provide any way to compress the files which not give error while extracting

also i can only use winzip or the inbuilt zip utility
so the help will be within winzip or inbuilt zip can great

What exactly is 160 characters - the folder name?
