Outlook 2010 Public folders

Hi

Could someone assist me with configuring a mac running outlook 2011 to see public folders in exchange 2007 SP2.
If I click on public folders the folder browser appears but the subscribe button is greyed out?

Do i need to configure anything else to enable this?
