Update ESXI Hosts without internet

Is it possible to update/patch hosts without having internet available?...Like a manual procedure?

    Yes, download the Updates from the VMware Patch Portal.

    Upload to the ESXi server via WinSCP

    Login via SSH, or at the console, execute esxupdate or esxcli software update depedning upon which ESXi version.
