Task manager closes immediatly after opening

Hi,
I use Windows 7x64, today i was unable to start Task manager, when I press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC the Task Manager starts, but it closes immediatly. I've checked with antivirus, and I've tried to run "SFC /scannow",  but the problem is still here.

Any idea to solve this issue?

Regards

See if it is hidden and minimized. Click on the double up Arrow in the system tray and see if Task Manager is hidden in there.

No the task manager is closed not minimized
Maybe I think there is a program that interfere with task manager, with another account the problem don't occurr and of I start the task manager immediatly after the logon, it closes after a while, and not immediatly.
So then in this case, create another Windows userid/profile on this computer and log in as that new user.  Does Task Manager close in the new user?

If so, then it is profile-related.
If not, then the operating system may somehow be corrupted. I run lots of programs and Task Manager survives all of them.

As I have written before, with another account there isn't problems, so I already known there is something wrong in the profile, I would like to know, what is wrong and how fix it :)
