email tags and how to remove them

I am having trouble lately with sending faxes through Outlook through my Myfax account. Oddly enough, I have 4 numbers but one of them does not work when using Outlook. Their support states that there is header info coming from my mail server and needs to be removed before it can work again. Strange that the other 3 work fine. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone how or what to make changes on my spamfilter (Sonicwall) or Mail Server (Exchangeserver 2007) to eliminate. Something to do with the prvs= at the head of my address and it is being rejected. It's expecting to see just firstname.lastname@example.org. The system works by assigned users. If my email address is assinged to that fax number, it gives me permission to send. Read the support comment below please.
"This may help you. We are seeing your email address for the email quoted below as email@example.com rather than just firstname.lastname@example.org. It's that prefix that is causing the issue most likely.
