If you just want to know how much bandwidth in and out, you can do this with performance monitor.  This will not break it down by user, though.

I need to know for 1 month and I restart the computer nightly.

Set performance monitor to use a data collector instead of just running perfmon.

Try PRTG, it has a free version with a 7 sensor limit. It will keep historic al data,  Im sure there are sensors in there for bandwidth monitoring.  snmp will need to be enabled on the server it is monitoring.
