Problem with an google weather api

Several years ago I created a weather api to place on my company intranet. The code is php and it worked perfectly until 2 days ago. Now, I get the error below:

Warning: file_get_contents(,oh)

Suggestions on how to fix the problem?

    You might be able to use something like this instead:

    For my own apps, I never notice the Google dropout because I was looking for affirmative data, and when Google quit producing it, the apps just ignored the irrelevant info.

    I'm going to try WeatherBug.
