Dear All,<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; The database server is windows server 2003 64 bit, instaled with MS sql server 2008 R2 64 bit.<br />
<br />
all of sudden i started to recieve the Event id 9001 in the event viewer.<br />
<br />
we checked the HDD of the server and they are ok, we run chkdsk but we still getting the error (please check the attached screenshot event id 9001).<br />
<br />
and on the sql server,when we extract the SQL replication, local publications the SQL hangs and another error is logged on event viewer , Event Id 823 ( check attached)<br />
<br />
Kindly advice af all of these are related or not, and what should be done to solve these issues<br />

MS SQL SERVER Event ID 9001

Microsoft SQL Server 2008 is a suite of relational database management system (RDBMS) products providing multi-user database access functionality.Component services include integration (SSIS), reporting (SSRS), analysis (SSAS), data quality, master data, T-SQL and performance tuning. Major improvements include the  Always On technologies and support for unstructured data types.

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server. Important upgrades included integrating Internet Information Services (IIS), improvements to Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GP), and the migration to Automated System Recovery (ASR).
