Joomla 2.5 403 Error
I have a joomla website running Installed version: 2.5.6. I I can log in to backend/ front end no problem.
The client had no problems either- was adding articles and suddenly NO one in their entire organization (Same external IP Number) can get into the site - they don't see the front end or back end any more- They all get 403 You don't have permission to view this page when they go to the backend or frontend URLs.
Extremely strange.
Some kind of Proxy server on their end?
Some kind of firewall?
I am running typical apache webserver/cpanel etc. I even restarted apache service and they still can't get in.

y it was an add-on to Joomla called rsFirewall that was the culprit. It had set to auto-block > 5 bad login attempts.
Yup rsFirewall can do that...it's a nice add-on to a website, but can be hard to figure out what's going on at times.

Does anyone know if Joomla itself can do this? I have to figure out who put that entry in.
