How do i add a user to centos 5.6 and give them full admin rights?

    Accepted Solution

    Do a man on useradd command

    man useradd

    Open in new window

    To add user
    useradd username

    Open in new window

    Other options to use
    -s shell
    -d home directory
    etc.  Refer to "man useradd"

    To give administrative rights, you should use sudo
    Add the user's name in sudo,
