Few things to know before answering anything
- Is sender able to send emails using OWA?
- In Outlook What does it show in the FROM Field?
- Is any other user able to send to the same recipient?
- Are both the users in same domain or different domains (is the recipient within your domain or some outside domain)

Can you try to send a test mail thru OWA? If you have auto complete try to delete it and manually type his email address.

Folks, avoid asking the same question - read the points above and then ask something new. No point repeating the same questions, else MODs would have to be involved to DELETE posts.
