Sliding Sidebar menu

I have persistant problem of Sliding Sidebar menu with no active link on iPhone device (iOS 5) but it works on iOS simulator. Are you familiar with Xcode?

I'm using this http://themeforest.net/item/hotcake-mobile-business-html-template/1065437
The code was provided as .htm and I've changed it all as .html so it work on xcode.

This is not the only problem with ttp://themeforest.net/item/hotcake-mobile-business-html-template/1065437  and I've tried it with http://media02.hongkiat.com/mobile-navi-with-jquery/demo/index.html with similar Sliding Sidebar menu that did not work on xcode via phonegap and HTML5.

I suspect it is either JS or something to do with p.list in xcode? I don't have enough knowledge yet, I'm finding out as I go along?
