Using dual monitors with Remote Desktop

Does any one know now to access dual monitors when trying to use RD. We have already checked the option to use all available monitors and also made sure all the monitors are set to the same resoltion but we are still not able to access dual monitors when connecting through RD.

You should be able to do it.  Here is a good tutorial that I usually pass along when this situation arises:

Use multiple monitors with Windows 7's Remote Desktop Connection

The user just informed me she is able to use dual monitors while in remote desktop but when she logs onto cisco vpn dialer and then tries to use remote desktop she can't use dual monitors

That adds an entirely new dynamic to the equation.  To be honest, we have essentially answered this question and now that you have all the facts it may be prudent to open a new question, choosing the zones for VPN, Remote Access, and the specific version of Windows that she is using.

I believe that this question was actually answered within the first reply, and would add value to the PAQ database.

Vee_Mod I was asked by the earlier post to "we have essentially answered this question and now that you have all the facts it may be prudent to open a new question, choosing the zones for VPN, Remote Access, and the specific version of Windows that she is using"  Which is why I tried to delete this question and then post it again with the vpn dialer info and tags for vpn.
