Outlook 2010 merge/forward 2 Exchange calendars into 1

Hello,

I have Outlook 2010 with 2 Exchange accounts (Prism and Harmony).  I'd like to get all my Harmony meeting requests forwarded/copied to my Prism account.  The biggest reason for this is so that my meetings will sync to my phone (which is connect to the Prism account).  I found Calendar Groups but they don't physically copy/forward the meeting request.   I also looked at setting up a rule in Outlook for this but couldn't find a way to forward meeting requests.

Is there a way to have Outlook automatically do this?

Thanks,
Brett

You can have a Delegation on Harmony for Prism and check the box for sending all meeting requests to Prism.

How do you do this?

OK.  Thanks.

When I go to my Harmony account | Account Setting, Delegate Access is grayed out (disabled).  Is this related to permissions on the Exchange server?

Thanks,
Brett
You have to first add an account or else in Exchange give Prism Send-on-behalf rights and it should be in delegates in sometime in Outlook.

Hi Rancy,

Sorry to be dense but here's what is going on:

I have both Exchange accounts set up in Outlook (Prism and Harmony) using Exchange (not POP3 or IMAP).

When I look at Account Settings for Prism, Delegate Access is available.

When I look at Account Settings for Harmony, Delegate Access is there but is grayed out.

Basically I want all meeting requests that come to Harmony to show up on my Prism calendar.

As a bonus, I'd like all meeting requests that come to Prism to be replicated to Harmony.

Does this make sense?

Thanks,
Brett
You have to create a new Outlook profile for Harmony to perform this activity :)

Meetings vice-a-versa might create a loop ... hope you understand what i am saying :) So i would prefer only one way round.

Understood.

I've got both Harmony and Prism accounts in the same profile in Outlook.  That's why I upgraded to Outlook 2010 so I could have both Exchange accounts in the same profile.

Is a new profile mandatory to set up delegates?  Any other way to accomplish this?

Thanks,
Brett
