User Account SBS 2008

I have a single user that appears in Active Directory, but not in the SBS Console. I'm trying to give her remote access, and I think the reason I cant is because of this.  Thanks

Make sure they are in the MyBusiness\Users\SBSUsers OU of AD and then run the "Change User Role" for user accounts in the SBS console on the users page, and apply to that user, even if re-applying the same role.  It should add it to the console within a minute or so.

That did not work for me. The user is in the MyBusiness\Users\SBSUsers OU of AD, butt  still does not show up in the 2008 SBS Console, so I cant change the user role.

Did you run the wizard I mentioned?

That is the important part.
Go to SBS console | Users and groups | Users | on the right under User Tasks open "Change User Role for User Accounts" which is the wizard.
Choose the role you wish to apply or re-apply to a user
Select add user permissions
Click next
Select the user and click add, if the user is not present check the box "display all user accounts..."
Click change user role
Allow the wizard to complete
Click Finish
Wait a minute or two and click "refresh this view" on the Users page in the lower right corner
See if your user is now present
