Currently we are migrating users from old Citrix XenApp 4.5 farm to new XenApp 6.5 farm. I have already published AMC as published app so that Service Desk can monitor user session in the old session to reset/shadow.<br />
Now how can I ensure that they also can access Citrix App Centre published app? to monitor users sessions connected to XenApp 6.5 farm.<br />

is it possible to launch 2 published applications? at the same time with the same username?<br />
