Access Management Console and Citrix App Centre as Published Applications to Service Desk

Hello there,

Currently we are migrating users from old Citrix XenApp 4.5 farm to new XenApp 6.5 farm. I have already published AMC as published app so that Service Desk can monitor user session in the old session to reset/shadow.
Now how can I ensure that they also can access Citrix App Centre published app? to monitor users sessions connected to XenApp 6.5 farm.

is it possible to launch 2 published applications? at the same time with the same username?

Please advise.

Add same group in xenapp 6.5 citrix administrator group. yes you can, you just need to add the farms in web interface and publish the applications. users can launch applications between two forms simultaneously, check this article to know about managing two farms web interface http://carlwebster.com/using-one-citrix-web-interface-site-with-multiple-xenapp-farms-3/

Once you have published and granted access to the helpdesk users, you can configure your AMC WI to add xenapp 6.5 to it.

To do that go to AMC WI, manage server farms and add the xenapp6.5 xml broker to it.

Alternatively, you can also create a new site under xenapp6.5 WI and give to the helpdesk users. Whichever suits you better, you can use it.
