How to read Ext4 partition using window

I have a synology link station, when i take out the hard disk from the synology link station and put in a docking station. it cannot be read the data using window. any way i can read the data

    Yes, using third party tool such as Paragon Backup & Recovery
    Download and install it - run it - switch to Advanced Mode - in vertical tabs in the middle of the screen find Volume Explorer. Find in it your Ext drive - double click on it and browse the structure. You can right click on data you need and select - Export.
