    Accepted Solution

Possibly.  If you know your domain registrar details, you can login there and go to the DNS to see where it is pointing (the nameserver for your domain).  This will be the DNS server of your web hosting company.  You can perform a 'ping -a' or an online whois search to give you information about who owns this DNS server.

You could also perform a tracert to your domain.  The last hop or 2 will be at your web hosting company.  If you're lucky, the IP address/es were able to be resolved to a name.  Google that name and it may give you a clue who your hosting company is (or it may just be their ISP).

Obviously, once you figure out who is hosting you, you'll need to call their support and ask them to reset your login.

Hi, thank you very much your information is very much useful. We traced out the webhosted service provider. but they are creating problems to us they are not providing the controlpanel login credentials because  they suspect we might change to new webservice provider hence now they are asking us to pay huge money where in there is no justification.

Our webcontent , database all are locked here.

Please suggest me how handle this situation.

Sorry dude, I can't help much there.  You'll just have to be persuasive or tricky.  Think of some technical changes that you might need to make on the control panel and call their support people.

Yes, i think such  problems may occur if domain and host are under webservice provider.
