long boot times for Win 7 Computers

after deploying SCCM 2012, some users have complained that their boot times for the  Win 7 Computers are extremely long,up to 15min.

it must be SCCM 2012 who causes that issue, what can i do to fix it?

Check the network settings of the NIC. Do you use Cisco switches? Maybe a long shot, but if so, check if PortFast is enabled.
