Outlook 2010 delegated Calender, delegator won't get an invite to appointments

Hey, i do have the following problem:

in a Exchange 2010/ Outlook 2010 envoiremant a user shares delegates/shares her calendar.
Her sectretary sets up an appointment and the delegator gets notified (up to now that was at least) . There are no invitations send to the person who delegated the calendar anymore and i can't find the cause for that. Anyone ever had the same issue and even better found a soulution for that ?

Stephan

In Outlook user can set Delegation and specify to send any meeting notifications to the Delegates (so is that set) ?

How to share my Exchange Data (Mailbox, Calendar, Contacts, etc.) to my Delegates with Outlook 2010?

Ok, i solved it by:
removing the send in behalf and full acces to mailbox from the server console and replacing it with a userinitiated (from Outlook) one.
