Out of Office keeps turning itself off

Hello,

Our client is having a problem where their out of office keeps turning its self off.  They are using Outlook 2010 and on a hosted exchange server running Exchange 2010.

They have their e-mails on thier PC, iPhone, BlackBerry and iPad.  They are not turning the out of office off on any device.  However their PA each day has to turn it on for them.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Looks like it was user error.  No longer need to proceed.

If its happening everyday why not disconnect the Handheld connection to Mailbox and check. I dont think there is anything in Exchange or Outlook that will do something like this everyday so ... please try to disconnect one user with Handheld and monitor.

What was their error? I have a user this happens to when they shutdown the PC
