No.  The latest version of this product is Symantec Endpoint Protection Version 12. This replaces Version 10 Anti-Virus.

Yes, Version 12 now and you can have a free update if you upgrade your licenses every year. Also, for every new version, you are supposed to receive an email alert from Symantec. You may have to check your account and see which email address is there. Also, between 10 and 12, there is a HUGE improvement on the footprint for the application on the client machine.

SAV is not supported by Symantec any more since this July as it is very old product, instead, they recommend user upgrade to SEP. The latest version of SEP is SEP 12.1.1101.401.
