Crystal Reports Multi Records selection

Hi. I have a report that is run that has over 25 different client names that have to be selected. So I have created a parameter field called client name and inserted the clients that should be selected. I then create report>select expert> record, and is equal to and my parameter.  When I run the report it works as expected showing me the clients I select all and then run the report. What I want to do for the report not to ask me to select the clients I want this hard coded as such so the report runs using the parameter I have all ready created without asking me to select the clients. I presume that is possible, I just not sure how

Many Thanks

The entire purpose of a parameter is to prompt you for values at run time.  If you don't want to be prompted, then you'll need to hard code the values into the record selection criteria.  Since you're already using the Record Select Expert, instead of choosing a parameter, look up actual database values for the underlying field. You'll also have to change the criteria from 'equal to' to 'is one of'.
If you prefer to type the values yourself you can use
{YourField} IN ['Client1', 'Client2']

Is there another field that could identify the 25 clients you want?

Can you create a view in the database?
If so you could create a view that selects the clients then use it as an inner join to the table.
