I'm using windows 8 Release Preview. Since I installed the OS. I am not able to install an App from the App store.
I received this error : "Purchase error this app isn't available right now. Please try again later."   I get this message every time I try to install an app.

I'm using a proxy on my network and I'm able to browse using the internet browser,
I can using the Metro built-in App like Mail, Message, Sport, News, Finance...

Also I try to update the OS using windows Update but that one failed, ( windows could not search for new updates error code 8024401C) may this be the reason why im not able to install from the App store?

Please I need ur help to fix that.

I hope you have Windows 8 in a temporary location. There isn't any repair option (that I can see). When my Release Preview broke, I had to delete it and recover the backup. It is, after all, not a finished or supported product.

You can try running System File Checker to see if that helps.

Thank for ur suggestion, I tried  the SFC and there is no problem found:
"Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

You will need the release version in order to use the store properly.  If you have a msdn/technet subscription you can get it now.. otherwise October 26 is the general availability date.
