There are two ways:<br />

1. XP is good at installing Ethernet drivers, so ask Windows to install it and see if it works.<br />
<br />
2. Go to the Dell Support site, put in your Service Tag and download the driver from there. <br />

I have a Dell latitude D620 running XP. &nbsp;Oddly I can get wireless but it won't take a signal off the cable on my docking station. &nbsp;The cable works into my desktop so it's not a matter of the cable not working. &nbsp;I am assuming I may have switched something off. <br />
