Word -- Header Row in Table is not repeating on next page

Per attachment, the header row is not repeating on page 2 (even though the property has been checked).

What am I missing?

    Are you sure you only have the one row (ish) in the header?   Try selecting the relevant rows and recreating the header rows instruction

    i.e. thats exactly what I did and it works fine ... select the table and deselect header rows then reselect row 1 and select header rows ... the header now repeats just fine.
