The user has tried to convert a 2007 word document with tags\hyperlinks into pdf but once the conversion is done the tags do not work within the pdf file. Once in Adobe, if we go under accessibility the Add Tags to document is grayed out. Does anyone have a resolution for this issue? tks

The user has had no issues with Word 2007 and Adobe Acrobat X Standard the whole time she has been using them.

jmcdm60--If this is something new/recent, run a System Restore from a date before the problem started.

It seems that the issue was with outlook 2007, switched back to Outlook 2003 and was able to resolve the issue.
