thumbnails expand to larger pics

Is there an easy DW behavior or css technique I can add in DW so that when you mouse over a thumbnail, you can see a larger pic? Client would like this added to their site.  There would be 4 photos on 16 pages.

If it would be phone friendly, that would be super!
