Cannot RDP when connected via Cisco VPN

We cannot establish a remote desktop connection when connected via our Cisco VPN. If we connect through our Columbiatech VPN we can rdp.  We are using a Cisco 5510 ASA.  It seems as if it's blocking the port or something.

If you're using the old Cisco VPN Client (not AnyConnect), you need to make sure that your NAT entries don't conflict with your VPN.  If you have a NAT port forwarding rule for 3389/tcp (RDP) then it's going to mess up your RDP access via the VPN.  If you can post a sanitized (no passwords) copy of your ASA configuration, I can be more certain.

Also, do the firewall rules allow you to RDP through the VPN?
