window cluster issue with two nodes

i have two servers connect to eva storage i need to configure windows cluster 2008R2
i can see the luns in all two servers my issue is

1- when i run cluster validation test one of the server all the disk assigned from luns goes offline and then i got errors scsi 3 persistent reservation

any clue for this

Have you confirmed you are connected to the correct iSCSI targets ins iSCSI Initiator?

no i have fc configured on hp blade 465c g7

there was some issue with hp eva
